RS Sailing is a leading name in the sailing industry, and during the busy summer season, we process over 250 orders every week. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers so they can make the most of their time on the water.

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our Parts & Dispatch team over the summer. You’ll be helping customers in-store, over the phone, and via email, as well as assisting with packing and dispatching orders. With a high volume of orders and regatta events throughout the season, this is a key role in keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in picking, packing, and dispatching online orders from the RS Sailing Store
• Support customers in placing orders via phone, email, or in person
• Help prepare stock for regatta events across the summer
• Restock inventory and maintain an organised parts area

What We’re Looking For

• Confident using computers and order systems
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Cool under pressure and proactive in busy situations
• A background or interest in sailing is a big plus!
